We know that terms and conditions are normally pages of teeny tiny writing which are hard to read and even harder to understand.

Here at Feminine 1st we prefer to keep things nice and simple…

1. Submitting your application is a commitment by you to the entire cost of the goods or course irrespective of whether or not you complete the course or utilise its content.
2. Failure to follow these terms and conditions will result in your removal from the remainder of any course, mentoring or programme. You will however still be liable for any fees due.
3. Full payment can be made by credit or debit card or by direct bank transfer. Only payments made within 7 days will be eligible for any promotional pricing or discount offers and any agreed refund is only applicable within 7 days of purchase.
4. If you are unhappy at any point with the content of your mentoring, course or programme, you must inform us immediately so your concerns can be addressed.
5. Any products that are required to be sent via post will be sent via Royal Mail within 2 business days to the address supplied at the time of registration. Should this address change, please notify us with as much notice as possible. Failure to notify us of a change of address which results in non-delivery of a product will not relieve you of any obligation to pay for the item.
6. We may contact you from time to time with relevant offers. By purchasing a product from us you are signing up to receive emails from Feminine 1st, you can of course opt out of these communications at any time! ☺
7. We do not store credit card details, nor will we rent, share or sell your data with any other party.
8. Orders are processed and where applicable products are shipped within 5 business days. If you have not heard about your order in that time period, please contact us at claire@feminine1st.com.
